First time using Fergies. Their customer service is exemplary and unparalleled compared with any other garage I’ve had work done at. The staff were polite and friendly, communicating frequently while the car was worked on. The work was completed quickly and the car returned to me having been valeted to a high standard (even the engine bay). Can't recommend them enough.

As soon as I booked my car in with Shaun it was fantastic customer service from everyone involved from the beginning to the end. The car had a few issues to solve and these were done in a timely manner and I was updated with cost and when the repairs were due to be finished. When I picked up the car it was like driving a new car off the garage forecourt.
