Always a great experience from the Fergies team, from a simple booking to walking in and being greeted by a smile and deep knowledge of my needs. Good value for money and clear explanation of the work and anything extra they’ve found, but without a hard sell, I’m very happy to recommend Fergies to anyone with a VW group (and other German brand) car.

I started using Fergies to service my BMW M50d when the main dealer warranty expired. The service I have received is far better quality than main dealer. Pricing is competitive, loan cars, free coffee and snacks available while you wait. Can’t fault the services 2 years later.

I've had these guys service my VW 6.1 Transporter a few times now.This morning they've had van back just for 4 new tyres. 20 " Gloss black rims. Can't fault them !

Shaun and the team are highly professional and the customer is always kept up to date with the progress on their vehicle. They even include pictures to help you understand any issues they find. My car is modified but they don’t see that as a problem and They truly care about you and your car. Dont often feel that when getting your car worked on.

I've used Fergies a couple times now and have never left disappointed. Customer service is second to none, polite and attentive as soon as you enter the reception.

The prices are reasonable considering the level of service you are given. Courtesy cars are also available which is very handy.
