"How do I drop my car off and pick it up safely?"

We’ve changed our drop off and collection procedure to protect our customers and team members.

We’re now exercising a completely contact-free handover procedure until we’re informed differently by the government.

To book in, you can either call us, send us an email or book online for MOT’s.

For contactless drop-off, but if you still wish to speak to us – please park your vehicle at the front as normal, and come (alone) to the second entrance door (to the left of the main entrance). This door will be open so you can step inside. You will see a counter with a doorbell and a bowl on the top; please press the doorbell and while you are waiting for us to come and speak to you, please remove the car key from any other keys or keys rings and drop this in the bowl. We can discuss anything you wish at a safe distance. Hand sanitizer will also be available on the desk.

For a completely contactless drop off – please park your vehicle outside the front of the building. Open the booking confirmation text message you received from us and click the contactless self check-in procedure. Any questions you have or instructions you wish to give us can be written in this self check-in link. Once you have done this please locate the key drop box to the right of the main reception entrance, remove the vehicle key from all other keys, and drop the key into the box (PLEASE DON’T PUT ENVELOPES IN THE DROP BOX). There is also a hand sanitiser provided for you to use by the main reception entrance.

For collection – when your vehicle is ready to collect, we will either call, text or email you (whichever is your preference). We will also email the invoice to you.

Whilst the vehicle is with us, we will first sanitise the dashboard and all driver controls. We will then fit a five-piece vehicle protection kit which consists of a floor mat, seat, steering wheel, gearstick and parking brake covers. Fresh gloves will be used every time we get in and out of a vehicle.

Once we’ve completed the work on your car, we’ll remove all the protective equipment and then sanitise the dashboard area and driver controls.

Our payment procedures have changed – we will no longer be accepting cash. You can either complete a bank transfer before you come to collect your vehicle, pay contactless card payment if you have Apple pay or similar, or take advantage of our 0% finance payment plan (please ask for details).

On collection, you will find your vehicle parked around the front of the building by the main reception entrance. We now offer a completely contactless collection service, along with an out of hours service. By the main entrance door, you will see four key safes on the wall – we will email you the instructions of how to use these. We will text you which number safe your key is in, followed by the unique pin number you enter to retrieve your key. There is also hand sanitiser provided for you to use after this process.
